Congratulations to 5th grader Addy Freel for being recognized as a STEM Origins Student of the Month! Addy has demonstrated an outstanding passion for science throughout the school year. Her curiosity, persistence, and strong problem-solving skills are evident in the thoughtful questions she asks and the high-quality work she consistently produces. Addy approaches learning with enthusiasm and determination, always seeking to better understand complex concepts and apply her thinking in meaningful ways.
Addy is also a natural collaborator and emerging leader. She works well with her peers, values the ideas of others, and encourages those around her to do their best. Her positive attitude and commitment to making a difference through science truly set her apart. Addy was recognized for this achievement at the January 27th School Board meeting alongside her teachers, Ms. Kelley Hodges and Ms. Andrea Kellar, whose support has helped nurture her love for STEM. We are incredibly proud of Addy and excited to celebrate her well-deserved recognition.
